On March 1st, we start the Whole 30 Challenge. We’ll be posting daily recipes, workouts, outfits, how to stick to this challenge while traveling, and much more.
We’ve completed this challenge in the past and loved the results. We feel great afterwards – we have more energy, we sleep better, we workout stronger, the list goes on! We’re looking forward to starting it again and sharing our experience with our readers.
To prep for this challenge, we’ve been reading It Starts With Food by Melissa Hartwig. In this book, she explains “how” and “why” Whole 30 works. It’s based on the latest scientific research and real-life experiences. If you want to join in on the challenge, we highly recommend reading this book first.
